- Details you give us through our audit form, chat assistant, email or phone: your name, email, phone number, business name, industry, team size and anything you choose to tell us.
- Basic technical information needed to run the website securely, such as server logs.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free AI audit (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
- To provide and manage our services if you become a client (contract).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your data and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing
We only share data with trusted providers who help us operate (for example email, hosting and CRM providers), under appropriate data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we use approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the contract and legal requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and request data portability. Email us to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
